Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has extolled the late Senator Adebayo Osinowo for the values he stood for while serving the people of the state.
Speaking during a special plenary session to honour the lawmaker, Sanwo-Olu said Osinowo died a fulfilled politician and a family man.
Recalling that he knew the Senator since 2003, the governor said the personality of the lawmaker meant different thing to different people.
Sanwo-Olu noted that the late lawmaker was endowed with uncommon wit and humour which he brought to any discussion no matter how serious the subject matter was.
Osinowo, popularly known as Peperrito, represented Lagos East Senatorial District before his death on June 15.
The late lawmaker was a member of the State House of Assembly for 16 years, serving four consecutive terms before he was elected into the Senate in 2019.
